- LINEN: All towels, linen, pillows, blankets and dooners supplied.
- BABIES: Folder cots & linen, baby bath, toilet trainer seat & high chair available free of charge on request.
- KITCHEN: Microwave, electric oven & hot plates, electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, pots & pans including a non-stick wok & cover, smoke detector.
- LIVING ROOM: Reverse cycle airconditioning (heat or cool), TV, DVD, intruder alarm, lounge suite, coffee table & lamp.
- PHONE: A public pay phone is located 100metres away. Both white & yellow pages are supplied in each villa.
- INTERNET: Broadband WIFI connection is available with a strong signal strength in all of our villas. There is a nominal charge for WIFI access of $20 per week or part of a week.
- LAUNDRY: Free communal laundry with private clothes line in each villa's courtyard. Clothes airer rack, iron & ironing table in each villa.
- CLEANING: For your privacy, the villas are not serviced during your stay. Each villa has a vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, broom and dust pan as well as kitchen cloths, scourer, dish brush and cleaning chemicals. Weekly room service and checkout cleanup are available for an extra charge.
- PARKING: One reserved parking bay per villa.
